GRRO Press Release
Ireland Dealer Announces Formation of New Corporation
Thursday, September 25, 2003
Dominick O'Reilly, GRRO Dealer for Ireland and the United Kingdom, announced formation of his new corporation, Universal Environmental Techniques, Limited. Mr. O'Reilly will take delivery of the first D-55 GRRO Tempest Drying System sold outside the United States early winter 2003.
The GRRO Tempest Drying System is an innovative system for separating water from waste material. This completely mobile system uses high speed air and cyclonic forces to shear water from the material. The Tempest processes materials such as paper sludge, industrial sludges and biosolids, and animal waste so that it can be beneficially reused. The Tempest also process municipal biosolids into a Class A product in accordance with U.S. EPA 40 CFR Part 503.
Dominick O'Reilly will introduce the D-55 GRRO Tempest Drying System to the UK and Ireland. O'Reilly plans to initially process biosolids. His other company, O'Reilly Transport Services, Ltd. specializes in providing solutions for the safe transport and disposal of animal waste, by-products and biodegradable sludges. As a result of the success of this first company, O'Reilly sees the formation of Universal Environmental Techniques, Ltd. as the next step to providing Europe with cost effective solutions to the waste needs. Dominick has secured the initial project in Ireland. He currently has bids on projects worth several million dollars that incorporate the Tempest Dryings Systems technology. Upon arrival of the Tempest in Ireland, O'Reilly will demonstrate the technology to a variety of industries. O'Reilly has already completed several rounds of meetings with the Department of the Environment in Dublin. "Once the machine is in the country and the DOE can see through demonstration the environmental advantages as well as solutions, I envision 6-7 units up and running within six months of arrival." O'Reilly states.
"It is exciting to see the enthusiasm of Mr. O'Reilly. He continues to strive for improvement and business excellence in all aspects of his operations. While the Tempest has received patent status in the United States, we have just been notified that we have achieved patent pending status in Europe. This will prove invaluable to Dominick as he pursues these markets" comments Loran Balvanz, President of GLOBAL Resource Recovery Organizaiton, Inc.
