Thursday, August 26, 2003
GLOBAL Resource Recovery Organization, Inc. (GRRO) has received Notice of Publication of the Patent for the Tempest Drying System. This is the first patent for the Tempest Drying System. "This patent adds credibility to the product, process and the company as a whole. At GRRO we strive to provide our customers with leading edge solutions to their environmental challenges" Loran Balvanz, GRRO President, states.
The GRRO Tempest Drying System is an innovative system for separating water from waste material. This completely mobile system uses high speed air and cyclonic forces to shear water from the material. The Tempest processes materials such as paper sludge, industrial sludges and biosolids, and animal waste so that it can be beneficially reused. The Tempest also process municipal biosolids into a Class A product in accordance with U.S. EPA 40 CFR Part 503.
There have been many new innovations to the Tempest since filing the original patent application. Balvanz believes that GRRO will be issued many new patents in the coming months as part of the ongoing pre-planned product improvements program. GRRO has also pursued international patents for this technology.
