GRRO Press Release

GRRO AND CEMEN TECH CREATE NEW ALLIANCE TO SOLVE INDUSTRY NEEDS

Eldora, Iowa-April 10, 2006

Global Resource Recovery Organization, Inc. (GRRO) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a new business relationship with Cemen Tech of Indianola to combine the GRRO Tempest drying Technology (www.grrotempest.com) with the state-of-art biosolids mixers from Cemen Tech (www.cementech.com).  By combining the two technologies, customers are now able to solve some very serious industry waste issues.
As the Tempest Dryer market acceptance continues to grow, new applications that require blending wet and dry materials together before entering the Tempest dryer have become numerous. By blending wet and dry materials together, waste materials (biosolids) can now be dried and turned into value added products. Examples include certain animal manures, municipal biosolids to fertilizer, agricultural waste to animal feed.

Cemen Tech was founded in the late 60's as a marketing company to sell the Daffin Concrete Mobile. The Concrete Mobile was the original, and at that time, the only mobile concrete mixer. The company located to Indianola, Iowa in 1973, and proceeded to hire many of the people over the next few years who are still with Cemen Tech today.

Cemen Tech has grown rapidly during the past several years, primarily due to the extra effort and devotion to business exhibited by its employee/owners. The product line has been continually engineered and fine-tuned to become what is now the most trouble-free and highest-quality volumetric mixer in the world. Cemen Tech mixers are in operation in more than 40 countries around the globe.

The CemenTech series CSP2 mixer is designed to accurately proportion and blend wastewater biosolids cake sludge, manure or other organic material, ranging from 12 % to 40 % solids content, with any combination of mineral byproduct materials at output rates from 5 to 80 tons per hour of total mixed material.

CSP2 Mixer

The CSP2 high shear mixer is specifically designed to provide the ultimate mix ensuring that the feed materials are intimately combined with each other. By providing a better mix, the CSP2 provides a higher quality product with improved physical characteristics for an improved feed material for the GRRO Tempest Dryer.

Founded in 1999, GRRO is an Iowa based environmental solutions company that develops and markets cyclonic air drying technologies.  The new cyclonic drying products provide cost effective solutions for waste disposal.  The GRRO Tempest Drying System proprietary technology is unique because the only energy required to operate the system is for the blowers and conveying equipment.  There are no boilers, furnaces or steam generators required.  The technology behind the Tempest Dryers is large volumes of air moving at incredible speeds to pulverize and separate the liquids from the solids. Best of all, the new systems cam be either mobile or stationary.  The units can be brought on site and can start drying almost immediately.

Current applications include:

Pulp and Paper Sludges

All animal manures, swine, chicken, cattle, turkey

Municipal Biosolids

Ethanol DDGS to animal feed

Animal byproducts

Agricultural wastes
